Paula Juchem was born in Santa Maria (Brazil) on July 13th 1974; she studied Industrial Design at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, and in the late Nineties she moved to Milan, where at present she lives and works.

She has been cooperating with many Italian leading Brands for the development of new products and the design of innovative graphics.

Passion of the heart and creativity of the mind are the traits that define her works, from graphic design to illustrations: rich memories of a colorful childhood, impressive instants of dreamy sounds from Brazil, sensations and feelings that rise from the tactile and visual references of the world around her blend in her eyes and shelter in her heart, thus channeling into her hand a personal, inspired vision of reality.

Among her works, Monaloca paint project with the brasilian designer Elisa Von Randow (mona-loca.blogspot.com) illustration for Cassina LC2 Le Corbusier, project, Coco wall plates in colaboration with Non Sans Raison - Porcelaine Limoge, the huge panels commissioned by The Conran Shops for the windows of their London, Paris and New York flagship stores.
